They were great. They came out to confirm we wanted an alignment asking with miunting our new tires and that we knew the tires we ordered were a large tred size than what was already on the car. That is good service and taking care of us.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive at this specific Burt brothers location. Sadly they are not all equal. These guys always are honest treat me fairly and give all of the information needed for me as the customer to make an educated decision on what service in needed. To share a bit into my situation I had a couple major leaks coming from my coolant lines, valve gaskets, and valve cover. They performed the work as needed and did so in a timely manner. Sadly a day later I did have my hose pop off going to the water pump. Coolant went everywhere. I returned to the shop after the weekend and they happily looked back over all the work they had performed ensured that the clamp on the hose was placed correctly and did there best to clean my serpentine belt so it did not squeak. They told me to come back anytime if I need anything.
