I had such a great experience with Burt Brothers. They helped me out with my car and went above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free. Russ was absolutely amazing — quick to respond, professional, kind, and delivered top-of-the-line customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and are willing to help the way they did. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them.

Burt brothers were so professional and efficient. It was my first time using their service and I needed help with a damaged tore because I was on a road trip and needed to get home— so I had some anxiety already. They fixed my tire and rotated my tires for free!! This meant so much because I had already spent over a hundred dollars on roadside emergency service to fix the flat tire while I was traveling. Wow! I might just make sure I get my oil changes here on my road trips!

This is one of those rare businesses that has been consistently amazing over the past 10 years. I don’t know how they keep recruiting such amazing management. The customer service is second to none as is the quality of their mechanical services. They make it a lot easier to drop $1500 on new tires just by being exceptional. The free rotations, air ups and tire checks are a nice bonus. Tory was great.

This is a great place to buy tires and tire service. I’ve gotten tires for multiple cars and needed flat repairs latter on. I’m always surprised how quickly they have completed the free flat repairs when I’ve had to do those.

We had a great experience at Burt Brothers. Mark provided excellent customer service and got us in right away, which we really appreciated. As we were checking our oil, the oil cap had fallen into the center of the hood. We went to Burt Brothers because they were the closest to the gas station and the team went the extra mile to retrieve it by removing the skid plate. They also topped off our oil before we left. Fast, helpful, and above-and-beyond service—highly recommend!
