I highly recommend Burt Bros. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They took care of my daughter’s car, and had great prices. They also got me in quick for our appointment, we added some last-minute things without a problem and they were super quick to get it done.

Great working with the team there. Anthony helped me to get my car in quick for an alignment, they let me know about the progress, and then went over the results when it was finished. He explained before doing the alignment that the check would be free if it was within spec. He also applied a coupon to the total price which is much appreciated. I now have a go to place when I need services done. They also do work on Teslas which is convenient and much less expensive than the Tesla Service Center price.

The service tech who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. I really appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and completed the job exactly the way I requested. Great customer service and quality work — I’ll definitely be coming back.

The gentlemen who helped me, Douglas and one of his colleagues I didn’t catch the name of, they were so incredible and kind. I went in to get one tire fixed that was flat, turns out I needed all my tires replaced. Very appreciative for the kindness these men showed me and helped to answer any questions I had. Absolutely phenomenal service and so thankful for how much they cared to get me the right tires for my car and ensure my safety.
