Never been to Burt Brothers before but gave them a call about mounting and balancing a couple used tires on my vehicle. Got me right in and took care of it quick. Super nice staff there.

I cannot thank the team at the American Fork Burt Brothers enough for their professionalism. I came in with a difficult situation involving a third-party warranty company (SilverRock) for a door lock repair. Even though it was clear the manager knew the warranty company would be a headache to deal with, he chose to help me anyway. I later found out the shop actually lost money on the job because the warranty company refused to pay fair rates for the work performed. Despite that, the staff remained professional and made sure my car was safe and functional. It is rare to find a business that prioritizes the customer’s well-being over their own bottom line. If you want a shop that operates with total integrity, this is the place.
